The hotel is close to the airport, with restaurants and others services close. The room is well equipped and the bed is confortable.

- Reception desk staff are helpful. - Rooms are big and comfy. - Prime location - We were given a room next to rooms under renovation so it was noisy. - Room service staff needs more training.

i cant remeber how many nights i had sleep in the hotel after many years. Ramada Addis is my second home in Ethiopia where the staff take good care of guests. the hotel facility is simple, but provide everything you need from the guest room, as well food & beverage. i would recommend the hotel.

Tha attached bar was a very nice addition, but keep in mind that you can only purchase spirits, no beer when a live band is performing. Only after begging that I never drink spirits I was allowed to get beers.

Excellent location near the airport but close to many services and shops. Excellent breakfast, I loved also the gym room and in general the common spaces. The rooms are large and nice, the toilet is confortable and clean. The staff is fantastic and very kind, this is my second stay here and I feel somehow at home. I could listen to good ethio music live one night in the bar, this was very appreciated. The two restaurants available are both nice and good.

Ramada is a great hotel. Located in the center not far from the airport. The rooms are large, bright and well furnished. There are plenty of electrical outlets. The staff is very kind and always available to solve small and large travel problems. Breakfast is plentiful and full of choices.

All was really exceptional. In particular the staff was extremely kind and proactive in solving possible problems you may face. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. The room was large, clean and well equipped with plugs.

The room was very good everything clean and neat The breakfast was very very good à lot choices of food and well prepared the staff was awesome The location is in the middle of the city 10 min away from the airport.
