Perfect Hotel. Perfect location because its only 5 minutes by car from airport and they offer a pick up service for free. All the stuff in the hotel is super friendly. For us it was the best decision, because we were starting our Ethiopia trip from Addis and always back to Addis. So we stayed 3 times in a week for just a night. The service, the food, the hotel and location is stunning. Ofc you can get a half price hotel but be careful with other cheaper hotels, mostly they are in some strange areas ect.

I loved my stay there, everyone, especially the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Very clean room and the hotel was safe. Would definitely go back.

The location is very good. The staff is helpful at the first demand despite sometimes the output is not so good because is take too long. The lobby and restaurant/cafe inside it is very good looking and the massages services is also very good. The breakfast is very good.

The General Manager Dolf Groenewald does a fantastic job connecting with guests and walking around during meal times to ensure everything is going well. He probably asked me 2 or 3 times if I needed anything. I am very well pleased with my stay.

The hotel is beautiful, tidy, clean and close to all necessities, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets I thank all the staff at the hotel, starting with the lovely, classy and polite female receptionist with a lovely smile, as well as all the staff on the evening shift. I thank them very much for standing by my side when I got sick, so they treated me directly and took me to the hospital, and did not leave me until after they examined my situation and treated me and I returned with them to the hotel. I thank them all.... I realize that this hotel is my second home..... Thank you very much.....

Great location for eating out, breakfast is good, but they need more dairy-free options - there is no alternative milks for example for coffee and cereal.
