Rooms are a good size , super clean, bed very comfortable. Nice room facilities. TV with different channels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport(if no traffic). There are some shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel has a nice coffee shop in lobby. Breakfast provided by the hotel is decent and has a good choice. Taking in account the money I paid for this hotel I consider it good value for the money and wouldn’t hesitate returning there.

Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.

Hotel is located about 15 mins from the airport and was very clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to stay for 2 nights to see some of Addis and the staff were happy to give us the details of a local guide, which I would thoroughly recommend. The city has a deep history. The restaurant was good and the food varied.

Very friendly staff Allowed us very early check-in with a smile Airport pick-up and drop were perfect Great breakfast spread with vegetarian options Frontman arranged an excellent driver-cum guide to show us the city Nice, comfortable rooms Staff speaks reasonable English Free drinking water

Breakfast was not the best, I felt unwell from the first day. On the second, third, and fourth day, I didn't make it to the restaurant. When I finally arrived, someone had already taken my breakfast and the staff had no idea who had done so. Despite this, the staff were kind and helpful.
