The room was spacious and mostly clean. The building is a nice old house with an authentic feel to it.

We spent a great day in the Kensington Prince's Island Historical Mansion. The room was big, and the view was great. Sitting on the balcony at night, seeing glimmering Istanbul, brought some great moments worth remembering. Special thanks to the receptionist, Rustam, who helped us with our room and made our stay truly great.

The location is great – a short walk to charming streets and the ferry station. We appreciated being able to check in early at 12h. The room was fine but could be improved—thin sheets with no spare blankets. The balcony had a nice view, though. The biggest issue was the bathroom’s terrible smell, likely from drainage, which was hard to deal with even for one night. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel let us store our luggage after checkout. The staff were helpful but not as welcoming as other places in Istanbul. Overall, decent for a short stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, the staff was really helpful with all our inquiries, special thanks to Rustam that speaks very good Russian. Breakfast was decent and rather filling. The hotel is located in a quiet area near the police station, yet close to the port. The building itself is very beautiful, makes you feel part of this place and its history. The view from the balcony is majestic! RECOMMENDED.
