The reception staff were exceptional. We made an error getting into cab and not the shuttle bus...but, they did not treat us like idiots and were very understanding. Great sense of humour. They did absolutely everything they could for us to make us comfortable. The rooms were great. Really clean. The room servicing fitted in with our plans and was just what we needed.

This is an excellent hotel, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very good, spacious with a comfortable bed, good toiletries and shower. Breakfast was excellent; good, varied food and helpful staff. Overall we loved our stay. Fantastic view from the third floor room.

The host is located with very comfortable beds, fully equipped. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. With a large bathroom. Comfortable in all areas. Breakfast is not the best, but there is enough.

This is a nice hotel on a very good location if you are are travelling by car. Etna base station, Siracusa, Taormina and Catania are within one hour drive. Breakfast is ok, delicious croissants and great espresso are improving impression, but it is served in the basement restaurant with no windows, not on the rooftop, in the sunny and nice space as advertised and shown in the pictures, so you can not enjoy the great views during the breakfast. But, overall we would be satisfied with everything if we got the room we actually booked.
