Hotel grounds, big territory. Nice water slides for older kids and adults Asian restaurant was really tasty. Most of the staff members polite and welcoming. Food in the main restaurant pretty the same all the time, but tasty

Location right next to the beach, whole hotel located in beautiful garden. Food totally exceeded our expectations! It was delicious. We also loved beach bar. Exceptional, amazing and always helpful staff. Huge thanks. Especially thanks to Georgia who hosted wine tasting for us! Nice surprise were a la carte restaurants - we loved lobster dinner menu and greek restaurant with octopus and other Greek dishes.

- Staff were amazing - so friendly and so accommodating. We asked to move rooms and they sorted it out overnight and it felt like no trouble at all. Thank you. - Good value for money; we went in October so out of season but I think for an all inclusive with the facilities it has, it’s really reasonable. - The food was really good!! Really varied and fresh. - Lovely cocktails!! - Having access to a private beach felt like such a treat. The beach bar was also fab and we spent many many hours there !! - The grounds in general are amazing - really vast and picturesque.

So good! Nice territory, great views, amazing food, and very friendly and helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay. Aqua park with a slow river on the territory is such a wonderful idea! Facilities are in good condition. We also had 2 dinners at restaurants: fine dining and Asiana. 10/10 but seems hard to reserve when you are already there, so suggest to download the Grecotel app and reserve in advance, then you secure the spot. At restaurants they also adjust the food to dietary restrictions.

Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt too busy. The staff was very friendly, always serving with a smile and taking care of us constantly. Our request to change rooms due to noise and outdated facilities was resolved within a few hours. The new room was quieter, located away from the center where nightly events were taking place. The quiet atmosphere without music was very soothing. The resort offers everything you need to enjoy both rainy and hot weather without needing to leave. The room's fridge is restocked with drinks and water every two days, which was sufficient for us. We loved the beach bar—the cocktails, crepes, and ice cream were very good. The food was varied and very good. Plenty of activities for adults: aqua park, chess, ping pong, walks, and sports facilities. We felt relaxed and entertained throughout our stay.

The resort is huge and lush. We went in mid September, when things got a bit more quiet. The restaurants are nice, and with good food variety and availability. The staff is helpful and efficient. Overall, for us it was a great experience, we managed to relax and unwind even though we only stayed three nights.
