Excellent location, so close to beach and restaurant. The cleaner and maintenance man were brilliant and so friendly. Giannis was always so helpful. Lovely apartment, great air conditioning. Great mosquito door. Large comfy bed. Lots of coffee pods and snacks provided. We will definitely be back.

It is easier for us to say what we did not like- because we liked everything!! Ano Aparthotel is just perfect in every single way- easy, stress free check in, the room was ready and waiting and was perfectly presented and very clean. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and always so peaceful set in the most perfect location in acharavi. The local taverna and bars are all located on the street surrounding the property and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Massive thank you to the owner yannis who was always only a message away with advice and support and to his team who were all so very friendly and do great job around the hotel. We will be returning next year without a doubt!

The apartment was comfortable, with a big bed, nice toilet and with a cute terrace (even though it was faced to the Main Street). The place has a swimming pool and the area is full of restaurants and near to the northern main beaches. WiFi was working ok too.

Beautifully kept garden and pool area, so quiet (apart from crickets chirping!) despite being so close the road. Exceptionally clean and well-quipped apartments. Thank you to house-keeping! Personal welcome from Ano even though we arrived later than expected.

-For the first time ever on booking the room looked exactly how it was shown in the photo just more spacious in reality -the welcome kit was really appreciated -the extra towel for the pool came really handy -cleaning was spotless! Super high standards -well maintained garden and pool -The staff was really helpful, kind and amazing -easy self check in and check out -comfy parking -the selfie camera was a lovely little souvenirs

Perfect stay! Lovely apartment, spotless clean, nicely decorated in a blend of modern and traditional. Plenty of amenities and, having arrived past midnight, greatly appreciated having a bottle of cold water plus quality coffee capsules and some food to have in the morning! Loved the garden, very well kept, with its ancient olive tree. Pool is great too, with sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas. Couple of very nice extras, such as a camera-printer combo to take a selfie and print it out on the spot. The host has been absolutely great, welcoming and helpful all the way through, truly seeking to provide the best experience for his guests. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, plenty of good restaurants, and a 10-minutes walk away from the beach. Definitely recommend and would come back for more!

Aparthotel Año is a little gem in the middle of Acharavi. We booked a first floor garden view room that looked onto beautiful trees, including olive trees. The apartment was very comfortable with very good air conditioning. There was a welcome pack of water and snacks. There is a coffee machine with pods and washing liquid. Bath and hand towels and pool towels. Yannis, the owner ensured we had everything we needed and was always contactable. . The shower room, with a very effective shower, had many items, small shampoo, shower gel, soap, sewing kit, small loofah sponge. Ada, the very lovely cleaning lady worked 7 days a week. She cleaned our room very well every day. Our bedding and towels were replaced every second day. There is also an elevator to the first floor The pool is cleaned regularly and the lovely gardens very well maintained. Car parking area is at the back of the property. The property is in an excellent position with many good restaurants, bars. cafes and supermarkets. It’s also a short walk to the beach with many more restaurants.
