The location is perfect for exploring Accra - you have countless restaurants & shops within walking distance. Also let Uber be your best friend whilst exploring if you're not in the mood to walk in the hot sun. The front desk staff are welcoming and willing to help with any issues you may have. They will even help set up tours for you at a reasonable price. The housekeeping staff, particularly Aunty Fatimah, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious TOP NOTCH restaurant quality, I enjoyed ordering room service from them in the evenings. Also, my flight was departing at 21:30pm so I asked for a late checkout, which was granted and to my surprise they even offered to take me to the Airport free of charge. Thank you so much Aaron and all the staff who took care of me as a solo traveller in Ghana 🇬🇭, I appreciate you all!! See you on my next visit.

We liked the location as it's close to Oxford Street. We also really appreciated the service we received from the staff team as everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. From front of house to laundry, house keeping, to catering, and bar staff to security, the service was brilliant. We would like to give a shout out to Aaron, Moses's brother who always make himself available to transport us to and from the many destinations that we travelled to and from, Emmanuel, for ironing our clothes and getting my wife's trousers stitch after it go ripped, Stephanie, head chef and all the rest of the kitchen staff for the lovely meals, Shelley at reception who always check on us to see if we need house cleaning and Robert, the bar staff who sat and listened to me playing my Jamaican music. we really appreciate you all and will definitely be back sometime after April next year, God's willing. Oh!! and we loved the sunshine, the fresh rain and the soft water that we used to shower. How could we forget the lovely jelly coconuts and fresh fruit from Oxford Street.

I stayed two nights, my overall experience was very nice. The staff are super friendly and responsive, They respond to all messages very fast, and they were keen on following up with me until i arrived the hotel. The location is great and safe. It is near by Osu Mall - 15 mins walk (where you can by almost everything, and change currency if you need). Osu in general is very nice, and has a great night life. A place for safe walks and access to most of services. The room was very clean, which was the most important thing for me. The breakfast was prepared fast in a small cozy open restaurant, with very nice view. Also, It is like 12 mins drive to the airport.

They must be professional and check well every thing or facility in a room is OK or working before giving..one of the rooms first given to us on arrival the air-conditioning was not working because of that we have to carry our bags from rooms to rooms, although they helped and the last room we got they must only moped the wash room floor before, I think room was used but was not properly well maintained but we managed it.
