I have stayed twice at Bays Boutique Apartments whilst visiting Ghana for business purposes. The location is ideal (4 minutes walk to Eco Bank, Spintex Road), as well as the facilities. The rooms have everything you need ie; air con, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, fridge, iron and ironing board, spacious bathrooms with hot & cold water. My room also had a huge balcony. There is also a communal kitchen for guests to use with everything provided. The rooms/ kitchen/ compound are clean and well maintained. Mabel, who manages the apartments is friendly and extremely helpful (I honestly believe her employers are lucky to have her). Security is available from the evening through to the morning.... big shout out to Henry (also friendly & helpful). The prices charged for a room are competitive and unbelievable value. I would highly recommend Bays Boutique Apartments for anyone wishing to stay in Ghana for either a short or long stay.

This was my 3rd stay at Bays Boutique Apts and as always, my stay was excellent. Both Mabel and Miriam give excellent customer servic. Both ladies are friendly, helpful and always willing to offer a helping hand if needed. Abraham, the night security guard, was also helpful and respectful. I recommended Bay's Boutique Apartments to my sister and she shares my view. I believe it's down to the staff who make the stay such a pleasant experience.

The apartment is neat, and the staff are very friendly and helpful; Nina and her colleague. The breakfast is good to start the day. Good proximity to several food joints, malls, and airport. Internet speed is great.

The staff was brilliant. First of all Miriam, the lady in charge. She went the extra mile to help me when I got problems. There was also a security guy who was really helpful, kind and pleasant. The room was comfortable with a large bed.

Everything about the facility was good. Internet speed is exceptional. Rooms are very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Mabel. Will definitely come back.
