It's a whole apartment that has everything you ever think of. Like home away home. The location was a bit far from city. But you can access to the city easily by bolt drivers. Just download app on your mobile phone.

Looks better than the pictures and well maintained, the caretaker really doing a good job. I will surely stay here again and I will advise my family and friends to stay at this place .

I recently stayed at Ayan Villas and had an amazing experience! As a visitor from Germany, I truly appreciated the exceptional service and the overall ambiance of the house. The villa was clean, tidy, and spectacular, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ayan Villas all the way! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Accra, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ghana

Very comfortable, adorable, beautiful and everything about this place is excellent. And as I tech guy I really felt at home and office at the same time. I will be visiting Ayan villas any day and anytime. Not forgetting the customer service too 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Staff Afia and Prince were supportive and my family and I are grateful. Proximity to the beach was the best feature for us because we were able to walk to the beach and back easily. The apartmemt has all the facilities needed to make you feel at home.
