The hotel's location is very close to Abu Simbel Temple. Mohamed, a staff member at the hotel, has been exceptionally helpful. He is incredibly friendly and always willing to assist - he helped plan my entire Aswan itinerary and arranged transportation to all the sites. The prices were very reasonable, unlike my experience in Cairo. I am truly grateful for his assistance, which made my journey much smoother.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the temple. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We stayed 2 nights because we thought there would be more to see. It is easy to arrive at lunchtime from Cairo or Aswan ( public bus costs 200 EGP leaves Aswan at 0800 and arrives at 12.30) you can see the whole temple easily in 3 hours and stay just one night for the light show. There is nothing else to see nearby and the town is very small and local. The “Abu Simbel tourist restaurant” in the main town is really good.

The property is built in a traditional nubian style and it’s located just 10 minutes walk from Abu Simbel temple so it’s perfect if you want to visit the temple late in the afternoon and early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The room was large and comfortable, with AC and a mini fridge. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was really good and unexpensive. They also arranged a tourist bus for us to go back to Aswan after the visit.
