Staff were so helpful, friendly and great with children. The characters in the hotel make the experience super special and the convenience of being close to the parks makes the stay easy with a small family. You can literally walk to the WB World or Las Waterpark.

Loved the stay... Everyone is so meticulously done up at the hotel. The staff and front desk and their hospitality is top level! Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is to die for! Definitely coming back

Any one travelling with family and especially young kids. I would highly recommend this property as the location is just perfect. You are stone throw away from Warner Brother studio and the water park. Hotel is well equipped and have plenty of things for the kids to be busy. Staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. Letti (apologies for the spelling) was very pleasant and helpful.

My kids like the characters going around the hotel and it made them really excited to explore the hotel. The cinema by the pool is a great idea for kids to be occupied. A really kid-friendly hotel.
