A quality hotel with comfortable rooms and a great selection of on site restaurants. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Every one of them were friendly, courteous and helpful and always with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service level, staff is professional, polite and very helpful. Complimentary valet parking was a great surprise. Breakfasts also were very good, rich with offered snacks.

Everything was great. The staff was exceptional. They greeted us with a smile, very attentive. Unfortunately I forgot the name but there was a guy in reception and he let us in early, at 10am. The cleaning staff was smiley and very good mannered as well. Very nice. They were providing any item that was needed. In general, staff always was willing to be helpful. At first, we couldn’t find hair drier and they brought us extra in the matter of minutes. Amro was exceptional!! He was very nice, very friendly, very efficient. He spoke both English and Russian. Us kids communicated in English with him and he spoke in Russian with my parents. He helped us with shuttle bus and anything in general. Very nice person. He was very welcoming and felt like a friend. Also, there was a girl in breakfast reception who was very helpful and friendly. She gave me detailed information and offered me to register on web for hotel and further info and offers, and I did too. Staff in reception: Sakr, Amona, Mohmed — very nice, very helpful, very friendly. They were all ready to be of service and they were efficient. I don’t remember all names but the guy in the night shift also gave us extra keys, we are family and rooms were on different floors so this way we could access easily. There was also one girl that gave me and my mom roses on valentines. Very nice gesture. Rooms were very comfortable, pool water warm and nice. The beach area great!! We loved it there. Had a really good time! Thank you, to all the staff for taking care of us.

The Sheraton was a nice hotel about 20 mins from the air port. First impressions is that this is a well maintained minimalist hotel and not as opulent or glitzy as many of the hotels in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The Club Room had enough room for 3 adults to sleep in, with an extra bed. The dining areas Flavours and Le Bistro were pleasant areas but always very quiet, maybe the time of year. The a la carte menu in Le Bistro was great and we had excellent steaks and pastas. The pool/beach areas were over several levels and well laid out. We were disappointed with the view from the beach as there are two tower blocks which appeared to be under construction opposite, so there wasn’t a view ‘out to sea’. The Club Lounge was excellent and well worth the extra cost, with snacks and non- alcoholic drinks 1pm 4pm and drinks and canapé's/snacks 6pm - 8pm. All of the staff from reception, to pools, to restaurants and Club Lounge were all very professional, friendly and worked hard. Special mention to Chaw, Ashraful and Sauket who kept our glasses full and checked often that everything was ok. Other hotels where we have paid extra for Club provided a separate check in and breakfast space but this hotel doesn’t. We would return to this hotel if the price was right.

The service at the front desk was exceptional. We arrived at the property early due to our flight timings but as my wife and I were travelling with our 3 year old daughter, we were given a room before scheduled checkin time. Further, we were provided complimentary breakfast till we waited for the room and if that wasn’t enough, our room was upgraded. The whole experience was an example of customer service at its finest. I would like to thank Mina at the front desk who took the lead in being sensitive to a 3 year olds flight exertion and providing the exemplary experience.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Was really clean, great breakfast selection. The gym was exceptional and the pool not freezing cold, and facilities in general were great. We travel a fair bit and it was definitely one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed at.

Reception Amona & Aidana are so nice and helpful . The room is neat and cozy. Breakfast is good.
