The staff, especially Nadeem and Robin, made the check in process so smooth. They accommodated our requests and were so efficient and polite. Taimur in the dining area was excellent as well. I missed noting the names of the Filipino staff on duty at Lemon Lounge. But they were all amazing. Even the valet was so polite and prompt. The location is very convenient!

Our vacation in Abu Dhabi started with a wonderful stay at the Ramada by Wyndham hotel, where we were warmly welcomed from the very first moment. Special thanks to Nadeem and Shan for their attention and hospitality – they truly made us feel special. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, and it turned out to be perfect for a comfortable stay. The spacious and bright room was equipped with everything we needed: a washing machine, refrigerator, ironing board with an iron, and even a separate room where we could work on the computer in peace. The bed deserves a special mention – incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day. A big thank you to the hotel team for such a delightful experience! We now know exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit.

I had very bad experience because my booking was cancelled with no information on New Year and we arrived at the hotel in 3 a.m. in the night and the hotel was full, but the concierge Nadeen found us a room and save us! Thanks a lot one more time!

The room is small, cozy and nice. The breakfast and dinner menu was buffet and was nice as well. The staff were professional. It was fine for a mid size hotel , there is always room for improvement though.

The position is quite good, close to some bus stops and within walking distance (15 min) from the Mall. Everybody at the reception was very nice. When i asked to be put on a higher floor they were very accommodating. They served complementary lemon water in the hall, which was a very nice touch. The view from the room was in line with my expectations.
