The hospitality was exceptional and the staff made my experience even better. A special thanks to Roshini at the front desk for her warm welcome.she was very helpful and made the check-in process smooth. The housekeeping service was also excellent. Amritha clean my room was always spotless and well-maintained making my stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall a great experience with friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and Roshini made check-in very smooth. Housekeeping was excellent Sachin and Manju kept my room very clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.

Great place to access Grand Mosque, Aquarium is walking distance. Airport is 20 minutes away. Pool and buffet dinner recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay in the Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate. My arrival was a bit early, but I was lucky enough to be able to go to my room right away, which was much appreciated. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious enough, the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower. The bed was comfortable and the room had good natural light. My total time spent was short as I left very late in the evening again. But despite that, I was able to see the main highlights of Abu Dhabi, have a good meal and a swim in the hotel pool. A perfect place when you have a stopover. As an aside, I had emailed the hotel beforehand and received a timely reply. I am writing this as for some reason many hotels do not reply to emails. And this influenced my decision to book this place.
