Great location. Conveniently connected to the WTC Mall. Nice common areas of the hotel. Helpful staff. Room in general quite deteriorated in amenities and maintenance vs two years ago… no bath robes, inside lock on the door was broken, safe box out was of function, air exhaust from the bathroom was not working so it would be full of steam during shower. These few issues did not cause too much trouble, but were not expected in a Marriott.

This hotel is literally the main and the best part of our stay in Aby Dhabi (and not because Aby Dhabi is bad). We didn't expect much and just chose a place closer to the beach. However, since the check-in moment, the hotel workers did their best to make our stay pleasant and happy and did surprise us. At first we chose a room on the smoking floor and it was a mistake, the smell was too much. Just in 5 minutes we were provided with a new room on a non-smoking floor. In the room, everything was perfect. The smell, the cleanliness, the facilities. Our window faced the internal yard which was very beautiful. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The sound isolation was good and we could sleep as long as we needed. The breakfast is super various and tasty, it takes places in a restaurant and there's plenty of space for everyone in the hotel, so we never had to wait for a table to eat. During the daytime when it's too hot in the street, we enjoyed our time by the pool on the roof terrace with the bar. It has a jacuzzi as well. The hotel is located near many interesting restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes away walking. The hotel lobby literally has a private entrance into a big shopping mall with everything you would need from shopping. The staff was always super friendly, polite and helpful, we never had any inconvenience with these wonderful people. I can't express how happy we are to have chosen Marriot Courtyard for these days. Definitely returning more!

Excellent service, delicious and varied food in the restaurant (we had half board), spacious room with big beds, incredibly comfortable mattress and soft pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of the public beach. It is located in a building with a shopping center. On the roof there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi - free of charge.
