The location was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dining experience was great. We had iftar two nights and breakfast the following two days. The young man and young woman in the dining area were so nice!

Our Guy Allan at the servicedesk had arranged a few nice tours. 👍👍 The Privat Cabdriver Mohidin which Allan had arranged was very good giving us the nicest spots of Abu Dhabi to look at and for making pictures. Good Job Guys.!!

old hotel ut is ok, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, wifi ok. localization ok. Breakfast tasty with many dishes and drinks. Cheap price for room, parking/vallet for my car, service was also great

It was a nice , short stay during the Eid. The room was spacious. The breakfast has a lot of variety to choose from. The staff were accommodating. They offered valet parking. And rate was a good bargain.

01. The reception staff, particularly Payel and the other male colleague, were exceptionally respectful and kind throughout our stay. 02. Two staff members at the entrance were incredibly helpful with language assistance and displayed great kindness. 03. The cleaner on the 15th floor was also very kind and respectful, ensuring a pleasant experience. 04. I don't often have a "luxurious" appearance, and in many hotels I've visited, from the most basic to even 7-star establishments, I've felt uncomfortable due to the way I was treated and spoken to. However, at your hotel, I did not experience any of that, and I truly appreciated the respectful and welcoming atmosphere.

Very helpful staff - we asked for some assistance a couple of times and they were very accommodating (like help with printing documents). Comfortable bed and pillows. Good options for breakfast. Complimentary valet parking.
