The location was good though it was far from Yas Island. The facilities were good, and the room was very large and comfortable. The rooms were clean.

I like the my room. It's really great planned for family stay here. Also, many thanks to Judith-room attendant (our room number was 1007)- for her great work-for neatness and cleanliness. One more thing I should add- that staff of the hotel always help us with different questions how to find places and how to get places by transport.

Best and Friendly Staff , Location and Value for money , Quick checkin and Checkout Specially Mr Habib at receiption as he is very friendly . Rather entire staff if very friendly and helpful including staff at conceirge and Valet Parking staff as well.

Room is beautiful, well maintained. All amenities were top notch and the location was just incredible. This hotel is in the centre of everything an if you are visiting Ferrari world or any other Yas Island parks, you have shuttle bus pick up right at the door step. This place is perfect!

Extremely supportive staff, especially Sofi and Arcelic, who performed housekeeping. Great size of the suites, stable wi-fi. Breakfast was fine - enough to eat, not so much options.

Good hotel for location and friendly staff. We checked in every early in the morning and all the beds were ready in the spacious apartment. The concierge service took our hire rental car and valet parked it for us. A special mention goes out to our fantastic porter Arshad who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort out our requests. And also to Ebrahim on the front desk, who kindly allowed us a late check out on New Years Day after a late night of fireworks and celebrations.

Actually my room was on 16 floor room no 602 on the roof top the AC chiller was making so much voice, so we and my family not sleep properly
