Room service timings are as follows;
Monday to Thursday - 0800 AM to 0900 PM
Friday to Saturday - 0800 AM to 1100 PM
Additionally on Saturday - 1100 PM to 0800 AMPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff was utmost professional and accommodating to all our requests, whether it was having meals on the beach, or any last minute requests. The private pool is definitely big plus as well. Big shoutout to Ali from the frontdesk for making this stay comfortable, he is definitely a hospitality star.

The peace and quiet of our lodge. The service and food was excellent. Every where was clean and the housekeeping did a very good job. The Staff were very accommodating and laid up our dinners and breakfast everywhere we wanted them, whether on the beach or grass. The service round the pool side was excellent.

Beautiful spacious white sandy beach with cabanas. Lovely views. Very big rooms (suites) in Arabic styling with private heated plunge pool. Very helpful friendly staff.

The resort is great, it is the ideal location where you can relax and escape from noise. We had a double bedrooms villa which was fantastic, clean and comfortable The manager of the resort Ahmed is doing a great job and all the staff is very professional and very nice and are always available to accommodate your needs We hope to come back in the future

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Al Maya Island and Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Ahmed at reception, whose warm hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The complimentary drinks were a delightful touch, enhancing the overall experience. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay exceptional, and we are grateful for their attentive service. We highly recommend Al Maya Island and Resort for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Staff availability and positive energy, customer oriented (especially Mr Ahmed, Ramu, and the gentleman who assisted us with the luggage and the transport from and to the boat). Comfortable villa, good food. Looking forward for the playground on our next visit.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous and so spacious - the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge. The private pool was the perfect temperature to chill in all day. The staff on the island were incredible - big shout out to Nancy, Sam and the team for looking after us this weekend. The communication was excellent throughout. Super easy pick up on the boat to take us over to the island. We could attend the pool party while our villa was getting cleaned and ready for us.
