the room was lovely, quite spacious for 2 people. we asked for early check-in (1pm) and the staff gave us a free upgrade as the only rooms available were smoking rooms and my partner and I dont smoke.

The location is fantastic and very convenient! There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. It's also a pleasant walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The café downstairs serves delicious food—definitely worth a visit. Room cleaning was excellent, with everything kept spotless and tidy. Overall, it's a great hotel that I highly recommend!

The room is good size , location is super near anything u will need , only dis advantage sometimes is running out of hot water the shower . Breakfast area id super , breakfast good variety as we stay 9 days .

The room was great. There was enough space and the bed+couches were comfortable. It was quiet and clean so overall me and my family were satisfied by it. The location was good too with easy access to taxi at any time of the day or night.

It was a quiet room, which is standard for Rotana hotels. The room was clean, the fridge worked adequately, and it was also new. I received 2 1.5 liters of still water daily. Taxi pickup is easy, just behind the building corner. All room facilities were great. Helpful reception staff.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were so attentive and caring, despite the super busy time in the morning during the holiday season. They always wore a bright smile, personally remembered our preferences and made sure they were met. Special thanks to Neha and Sanjita, for their exceptional service, and making us feel so welcome. Thank you, and I highly recommend this hotel.
