didnt have breakfast this time, but generally it has limited options. location is in the middle of nowhere and its not very well lit

We read the reviews before we went so weren’t disappointed when we got there. The bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom was clean. The room was warm. Breakfast was tasty, could have been warmer, but owner was eager to please. Location good, price decent. With a little work it could be perfect.

breakfast was fair, towels were clean but very worn out should be replaced, and the heating was timed which is not ideal in winter

For a Bed & Breakfast, it was okay. Plenty of space in the room I had, with a fantastic walk in shower that was super hot and good water pressure. Large bed and table to work on, if you needed it. Good parking, towels were in good condition, reasonable selection of tea and coffee. Next to a major road for easy access to other routes. You need to pre-select your breakfast options when you arrive.

Great value, super breakfast, clean and comfy if a bit shabby. Pub converted into bnb which was a bit disconcerting on arrival, but all said and done, the couple running it were friendly and helpful and the stay was pleasant enough.
