The staff were very present and helpful. A big thank you to the staff at the reception, the housekeepers, and the butlers. We had a lot of luggages and it would have taken two taxis to ferry us to the airport. The hotel manager offered us the hotel bus to take us to the airport. It’s quite a distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to its amenities, jovial stuff and deal for your money. I’ll be coming back.

From the moment I arrived, the person at the reception made me feel welcomed and valued. Although I regretfully forgot his name, his professionalism and helpfulness were truly outstanding. Throughout my stay, he was my go-to person for any inquiries or assistance I needed. Whether it was booking spa treatments, arranging for a hire car, or seeking recommendations for local attractions to visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His knowledge of the area and willingness to assist made him an invaluable resource during my stay. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service and friendly demeanor.
