The staff particularly Roxy was lovely. She couldnt do enough for you and was so polite and very professional. The breakfast was amazing and the Rooms were clean and tidy. Excellent Hotel . Will come back

This hotel has been at the top of our travels around the UK. Wonderful and friendly staff. Don't book anywhere else; just enjoy Harry's Bar. It is fully recommended. Great staff and great food, including breakfast. Just enjoy, nothing better. Thanks, Craig and Elaine, New Zealand

Being a Victorian or Edwardian building our room had high ceilings and large enough to include a couch and old enough to have sloping floors! Staff keen to help with getting luggage up stairs for two 'oldies'. Staff very friendly, helpful and eager to please. Good central position in town and still have some off-street parking space. Excellent food.
