“Good value for money cleanliness needs tweaking, sofas , paintwork”

Location was great, farmhouse was large, 8 bedrooms , 6 bathrooms. well equipped, beds comfy apart from one broken divan, hot tub fab, kitchen clean, sofas need a deep clean, should use leather furnishings so easier to maintain, toe nail clipping found in floor of one bedroom and in drawers and wet towels left in bathroom when we arrived. so cleaning team need to be more thorough. Swimming pool great . Accommodation a Bit rough around the edges. Fencing wasn’t adequate in the garden for dog s . Maintenance man repeatedly cut across patio as a short cut which we found unacceptable. Sounds like we didn’t enjoy it but we did , just trying to be constructive in our feed back. Washing machine facilities didn’t work and wasn’t refunded £5 that machine wouldn’t return nearer 3 star than 4 star.
