Found me a room on the 1st floor as I have trouble with stairs

The room was small, but when I asked the receptionist to change it he offered me a double room, it was very generous and he even guided me for some locations to visit in Aberdeen, I checked in very late at night which is rare to find someone waiting for you at this late time.

Staff member, maybe called Ahmed helped me to carry my suitcase upstairs , and was there untill late time when I asked for help. He even offered me a better room

I stayed here for one night and had a very positive experience. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel's location in the city center of Aberdeen is very convenient and it's just a short walk away from the train and bus stations. You won't get any better deal for the price in Aberdeen.
