The room we stayed in was fine but could do with a few repairs noisy floorboards,windows could be double glazed,but it was fine for us staff were excellent especially the ladies that did the breakfasts. Central location across from the bus and railway station We ate in the hotel one night,we couldn't fault it big portions,at a reasonable price,they also do a high tea service which is very Popular We would definitely use this hotel again.

I was given a wonderful surprise in the form of an unexpected free upgrade and this was very much appreciated as I was in Aberdeen for stressful medical testing. The hotel staff were all so friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I will need to return to Aberdeen soon and will be sure to stay in this lovely hotel again.

The Hotel was above my expectation but you do not have a tick box for that. Evening meals were good, the afternoon tea was excellent.

Central location. Adjacent to Rail & Bus Stations. Very comfortable cosy room, with a superb bed and pillows. Excellent Buffet Breakfast with a very good choice. Nicely Furnished Hotel throughout. Good bar area. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good rates and value for money.
