The following cards are accepted at the property: American Express, Visa and Euro/Mastercard. The Spires Serviced Apartments UK Ltd. does not accept cheque payments for accommodation charges. The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival. Please note that reception is opened between 08:30 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:30 and 19:00 on Saturdays. Reception is not open on Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours or on Sunday must be requested by the property in advance. The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21.If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The apartment itself was nice and spacious, felt homely and was really clean. It was about a 20-30 minute walk from the centre however there is a few local shops nearby including a Tesco express and a boots. There is also a chip shop next door The beds were super comfortable and the shower was a good pressure and temperature It was very easy to check in and check out

Great location with shops, cafes, restaurants on the doorstep. Onsite parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Was a nice change to have big bath sheets. Maybe not a comment for everyone, but I do like a good shower. Cracking water pressure with plenty of hot water 👍 Good Wi-Fi
