Staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a free upgrade to a superior room on arrival. Couldn't get the shower to work on the first morning so was offered the keys to an empty room to shower. Shower waasn't broken and was given directions on how to use. Food in restaurant very good.

Staff lovely, breakfast great, bed excellent, shower excellent, just didn't like the stained ceiling or huge patch of filler along side of window in a Superior Room

The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent with very attentive staff on hand . Far better room (9) on this stay . I paid for an upgrade last trip and was left feeling disappointed.

Genuinely helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Tastefully decorated bedroom and comfy bed. Meals cooked ie dinner and breakfast cooked to perfection...thank you kitchen brigade. Cool choice of music playing in restaurant btw. Highly recommended and I'd happily return.
