I was given a letter over night informing me that I had to pay a bill for food which I never had. Someone obviously charged food back to my room number? But all sorted in morning.

Great location - in union square, next to the bus and train station. Staff were nice. Everywhere felt clean. Room a good size. Window opened to let fresh air in - this was a big plus. TV in room.

An over night stay before flying out on holiday. The staff were very accommodating considering my circumstances had changed and arranged an early breakfast for me and my son.

One elevator out of service - not staffs fault but did cause a bit of waiting for guests unable to use the stairs. Everything else was perfect! Super location, customer service and everything very clean!

Comfy room, nice staff and a good buffet breakfast. Even got a nice gift of toffee from them for booking for the first time (however I have stayed here previously)

Great location close to union Square and train station. Very close to union Street. Modern hotel nice bar with a view. We stayed in executive room and it included 20% off food and drink and a free coffee every day.
