The accommodation was lovely /very clean and well kept with nice touches like a fridge, tea making facilities and biscuits in the room. Both hosts were friendly and lovely and the cooked breakfast was outstanding.

Lovely Edwardian house with some Arts and Crafts period features. Comfortable modern room with clean and up-to-date facilities. Great breakfast.

The service was great and the coffee at breakfast was lovely. Wifi very good also and Nigel and Mandy were great about providing me with local recommended spots for food and drink.

The guest house is in a great location, with good bus options into the centre of town - or a nice walk if that's your preference. Hammerton, the little cafe across the street is great, too!
