Very friendly staff, the venue is slightly outdated, but it works for just one night. It is not a holiday hotel, more like travel-through. My 2 dogs were welcome at an acceptable fee, which was nice. We slept well, and enjoyed a nice breakfast.

Jack on reception is great - honestly one of the most welcoming hotel staff we have ever met in all our travels. Explained everything well, and really made 2 jaded, weary travellers happy! So a big thanks to him! Good large room, quiet, comfy beds, lovely to have a bath.

The staff was exeptionally friendly, we felt so welcome when we arrived there after a long flight. Also the staff was extremely helpful, when we had some issues, which had to be solved by phone but our mobile phone didn´t work in the United States. (Many thanks especially to Jack who was so extremely helpful and patient but also to all of the other staff!!!) The room was perfect with very comfortable beds / mattresses (usually hotel beds are very hard, but at Drury Inns the beds are soft and at the same time very supporting). Breakfast choices were perfect, we especially enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits and the grits. At night there was a dinner with great choices (also with some healthy ones like salad, vegetables, potatoes). There were free soft drinks and tea/coffee at all times and there was a popcorn machine (our kids loved it!). There also was a nice pool. The location was good, everything was easy to reach from there. This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn. After that positive experience we stayed at other Drury Inns several times along our road trip afterwards. The Drury Inn has become our favorite hotel brand! If we come back to Austin, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The breakfast is very good, the service is great! The staff are also very friendly. The air-conditioning is very quiet, that's great! I slept very well.
