The room was comfortable, and the bed was really good! The best things were: 1- The location, right next to the city center. It was perfect. 2- The parking, located directly under the hotel. Once we arrived, our parking was confirmed, and we were able to travel back and forth with no problem. Great! 3- We also enjoyed the sauna, which was clean and quiet.

Breakfast is in a roof-top restaurant with great view on the city of Aachen. There is plenty of choice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very modern, the rooms were spacious and the bed very comfy. Carpark underneath the hotel was perfect with direct access via the lift to our room & reception. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk I to the town. Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could wish for.

-postion of hotel is great -reception workers are very kind, especially the lady on the third shift, I asked and she found a smaller pillow for me thats why i gave score 8:)
