Great room, clean and quiet. Near Carolus Thermen. The grocery supermarket is nearby too. Very comfortable beds and mattresses.

The room is very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location is not very central, but there is a bus station close by and you can always find a scooter to rent. Definitely a good option for its money.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced placed in Aachen you are going to struggle - not sure why as Germany is packed full of beautiful places to stay at a fraction of the price. That said, Soers Hotel works for an overnight stay or two: it is within walking distance of the town centre; close to the park & ride at Tivoli; clean, spacious rooms (ours was at any rate) and helpful staff.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel truly stood out from the moment of booking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth late-evening check-in: They proactively sent detailed check-in instructions When I hadn't responded due to my travels, they took the initiative to call me personally to ensure I had all the necessary information This attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest The staff's commitment to guest comfort was further demonstrated when I mentioned the street noise in my room. Although my wife and son were perfectly comfortable with the original room, the hotel staff readily accommodated my personal preference by relocating us to a quieter room facing the courtyard for the second night. Room quality was consistently high: Impeccably clean accommodations Well-maintained facilities Excellent value for the price
