Location was fab - Lovely views and easy to get around on foot or by bus. Lovely spacious room (we had a suite) with a comfy bed, great bathroom with spa bath. Fantastic breakfast - lots of choice, and the fresh poached eggs were amazing! Staff were really friendly and professional.

Superb choice of dishes for breakfast. Great views over the harbour while eating . Car parking was valet parking with short wait when required.

Lovely spacious rooms. Pool is warm. They have umbrellas available for inclement weather. Coffee machine in room.

A fantastic hotel situated on the coast but close to historic attractions (such as the Tower of Hercules, an ancient Roman lighthouse and the national military museum) and some great restaurants and bars. The hotel boasts access to a large sports complex with a huge (heated) outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a well-equipped gym floor that I really enjoying using. The staff were friendly and discrete and the hotel was a short taxi ride from the station, but also less than an hour by taxi from the Santiago airport if you're coming directly.

The location. The staff. The rooms. The service. The parking. The possibility to use the outstanding public, swimming pool, sauna, gym, the breakfast. Everything was outstanding.

Overall, the hotel is pretty nice. The staff is what you would expect from a 5-star hotel, very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, next to the sea and different bars/restaurants where you can also take a nice walk. The hotel has access to a Sports complex behind it (It's not part of the Hotel itself) where they have 2 salt-water swimming pools, a gym and Sauna. All of the premises are very well maintained. Room was overall fine (I stayed in one of the suites), bed was comfortable and the views to the Sport complex and sea were nice. The best part of all - The breakfast. Delicious with variety, including local products as well. 5/5 for sure.
