I was assigned an interior room as that's the layout of the hotel. When I requested a change, the staff was super helpful and immediately checked the ability to upgrade to a superior room, to get a first floor room that exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect as it is very central, and the bed was super comfortable to sleep in.

Location was good for access to bus and trains, shops and restaurants. Lovely shower in the room and comfortable bed.

A super warm welcome from Adrian, so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, providing great restaurant recommendations. The location is great for local restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar but it is only open for a few nights. Great choice for breakfast
