Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Please note that there is no disabled parking area. Disabled access to the hotel is through a side entrance.Please note that the bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility has a bath with a seat.Pets are only allowed in certain areas of the hotel and charges may apply. Please check with the property for more details.The property does not have parking on site, but does have agreements with 2 nearby car parks.The full amount of the stay/reservation must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.Starting August 5th, the main entrance of the hotel at Juan Flórez Street, 16, will become a bus stop. The loading zone will move to number 20 for check-in and check-out.
Please avoid parking at the bus stop to prevent fines.

Convenient location in the center. Spacious room and bathroom. Relatively good breakfast with many dishes, but we missed vegetables. Friendly staff (maybe, lady during check-in wasn't very happy, but anyway, nothing critical). Awesome big bed and comfortable pillows!

Amazing hotel with huge rooms, nice workers, breakfast was amazing. Location is good, lots of restaurants and bars are near. Would definitely come back :)
