Jasmina is a wonderful person, nice, helpful and kind. Our return flight was late at night and Jasmina allowed us to use the apartment until departure (luckily it was available). The apartments themselves were spacious, very nicely decorated, clean, and perfectly equipped. Great surroundings, swimming pool with sun loungers, very close to the sea, close to a market, cafe, bakery, restaurants and bars. You can easily get to the center of Zadar by e.g. Uber/Bolt (5-6 Euro) or bus (1.59 Euro/person). I recommend it with all my heart!!!

Great accommodation with a pool, very close to the sea. The hostess is very attentive and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for cooking, in particular, a lot of small pots, which was very convenient when traveling with children. They also left us coffee, tea, sugar and other kitchen essentials. We were very satisfied, we will gladly come back!

The property was really clean and super close to the beach. Jasmina was really helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely. We used Uber to get to the old town which only cost €6 and was super easy.

A wonderful place to relax. We were incredibly pleased that we chose Villa Topesa. Large, light rooms, which have all amenities for a comfortable stay. It's just a minute's walk from your room to clean sea water😌 There is a large, clean swimming pool at the Villa Topesa. Very friendly apartment owner greeted us with a smile, was ready to answer all our questions, and shared tips the interesting places to visit. With great pleasure we will choose this villa again! 🥰
