What an experience. The grand hotel was absolutely fabulous. Beautiful building. The staff very friendly and attentive. Organising activities was very easy and all went well. Highly recommend staying here

The service provided was amazing. When you arrive, you are met by a staff member who helps with any outings / excursions. They explain all the facilities at the hotel so you know where to go.

The location is excellent, the staff is A1 and the facilities are exceptional 👏. This was our second stay at the fabulous Victoria Falls Hotel, Zimbabwe and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The hotel upgraded our room at no cost as repeat guests and on top of that, we had a complimentary bottle of wine accompanied by complimentary massage... What other pampering could one ask for?

Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff in the breakfast restaurant, but as well on the terrace. High tea is worth trying, delicious little treats. Wifi works, Chocktail bar has a delicous cocktail with mango and Chili and a very friendly bar-keeper. At 16:30h Pumba did his rounds at the garden and nibbled on the lush grass....for dinner in the evening we ate Pumba at BBQ...delicous :-)

Impeccable service in a classic hotel, magnificent room and a totally unique view looking out towards the bridge and falls. Everyone should experience this at least once!

Overpriced. Will use tourists prices to get money. Running the hotel cannot possibly be that expensive in Zimbabwe. Otherwise a solid 4 star experience, not 5 star as stated.
