Loved our time at Shearwaters, location is fantastic, rooms are really nice, always plenty of hot water, staff are lovely, breakfast is good with a good range of food to choose from. Activities booked with them are well run. The sunset river cruise was amazing.

he location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the falls, making it easy to visit this incredible natural wonder whenever we wanted. The resort itself was fantastic, with comfortable accommodations and a relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. The resort is also conveniently located near some amazing shops, which made it easy to explore local crafts, souvenirs, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Victoria Falls!

Very friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Beautiful and immaculately maintained gardens. The thatched cottages set in lush greenery were picturesque. Comfortable beds, lovely cool rooms. Delicious food. Attention to detail in every aspect of the property.

Its very clean and the staff are all wonderful and helpful and professional. The restaurant onsite is great. And the location is amazing and in a convenient spot and close to everything. We were also lucky to be able to have activities desk onsite to book all the activities we wanted to do. And they also organised the transportation.

Friendly staff going out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable and special mention to the waiters, cleaning staff, chefs,activities staff, drivers, and Tariro the service manager and her team especially the staff who was at the reception early Tuesday morning on the 7th of January 2025 for helping us find a doctor to attend my wife after she fell sick.
