Place is very convenient especially for those travelling to NAIA T3. Location is also near to restaurants and mall. I also commend the cleanliness and staff are very accommodating.

There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Its walking distance. Since Palm Tree Villas is very near T3 NAIA International airport, taxi's, grab and indrive takes a long time to accept our booking and indrive dont even accept such a short distance because it cost only 89.00 pesos. So we ended up taking a Grab and paying more. But you can walk to Palm tree if you dont have a lot of luggage.

the place is strategically located just across the airport. if you're on a long layover and need a place to stay for the night, then this is for you. it has all the amenities of home with the privacy of a hotel. the staff were all kind and courteous.

Extremely close to the airport, just 10 minutes from the intl. Terminal by the overpass bridge. It is a miniature apartment with small kitchenette. Calm, safe (guarded) area, good information in advance on how to obtain key etc. Bed was comfy.

The property is clean, close to airport and accessible. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The building is well maintained and smells good all the time. Personnel’s in total are accomodating.
