The arrival was great, I had no time to get water at the airport and I asked for some water and a coke and shortly afterwards staff were standing behind me with a can of cold water with ice cubes and a coke I paid extra. They have a huge understanding of customer service I felt all the week I was there. So I stayed longer there as planned before. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I ever had in now 3 Manila hotels. From the hotel you can walk to city hall, the big shopping center opposite city hall, to intramuros and the Rizal park

Everything! The hotel is wonderful and secure. The dinner buffet was fantastic, as well as the breakfast buffet! Of note, Bryan working in the restaurant is a wonderful young man and his customer service skills are impeccable!

The breakfast was excellent and varied each of the 5 days we were there, and the staff at breakfast were excellent too, especially Bryan and Lyshell. The location was ideal for visiting the must-see sights.

in my 2 night stay, I only ate breakfast once.. nothing great. As for the location, Mnl Prince Hotel is strategically located in Ermita. Close to restaurants.

Buffet breakfast is great. The affordable rate is best since it’s spacious and clean. The staff and manager are very very accomodating and considerate.
