We had a comfortable 2 days stay! The unit is clean and well maintained, it has complete kitchen essentials that you might need during your stay if you want to cook. Miss Tess also provided towels, extra blanket and pillows. Hassle free check in and check out. I would definitely choose her accommodation again if I need to stay near moa arena again.

Unit is clean and comfortable. Ms. Tess, the host/owner, greeted me on arrival and even graciously lent me her rfid card so I can take my daily exercise by the poolside. (I noticed there was a fitness center, also at the poolside, but I failed to inquire if guests are allowed there; anyway I prefer working out in the open air as much as possible.) Everything is accessible: various malls, banks restos ang cafes are nearby. Staff (reception, bellhops and guards) were polite and helpful.
