It was first time using such check-in option and everything was smooth. Very clear instructions were sent by host ahead of time which made check-in very easy, regardless that we arrived late at night. Thank you !

Even they sent instructions through booking I never received it,I had to ask a neighbors help to go into the property because the agent couldn't come to help us. Never mention that was 3rd floor and no lift, hard for my husband 74 years old coming out from heart surgery.No instructions for washing machine and the request to leave kitchen sparkle clean was a little out of place when you will leave things tidy but I am not going on holidays to clean apartments.Next time I will chose a hotel, no problems with check in or have to clean the room on my way out .

Everything was great. I was travelling for work and this was a great little base for me to come and go. Very quiet so perfect for a good nights sleep. Very clean and everything I needed. Easy check in with the lockbox and clear instructions sent beforehand. Host was very helpful with answering any questions. Good location for getting around.
