Large comfy bed, clean spacious room. We were given a free upgrade. The staff helped us take the bags to the room and let us store them there after check out. The grounds were well kept and hotel was very pretty to walk through.

The hotel has a very cool character, outside and in my room (the one on the ground floor with the pool access) which is more traditional thai with cool thai artwork and wooden floor. The bath, shower, toilet are wicked nice. It's a very clean hotel, staff always friendly and welcoming.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. If you're checking in after 7 pm let the staff know. The reception is closed but they'll make sure someone meets you at the entrance and hands you your key card.

The hotel was beautiful the decor was very rococo, exquisite. The room was very specious and comfy comfy. The area around the pool was lovely and the towels for pool were a plus. Had a decent laundry service which we desperately needed. The staff was very helpful.
