Good location and clean room. Beds are very high if you’re short and stay up, but the mattress is comfy and spacious.

I am very happy that my life journey as a Chinese is about to end, because I am dying soon. On October 28, 2024, a Chinese doctor diagnosed me with terminal cancer. Don't feel sad for me, because I am very happy and I am dying. I like Thailand very much. The first place I went abroad was Thailand in 2014. Time flies. Eleven years have passed in the blink of an eye. Eleven years ago, I came here. Eleven years later, when I was about to die, I came to Thailand again. Time is a cycle. This is my fourth time in Thailand: 2014, 2016, 2019, and 2024. I like the environment in Thailand, the pace of life in Thailand, and the relaxation of Thai people. So, I decided to come to Thailand again when I am about to die to see this city that I deeply love. Checking in to Hobnob was the beginning of my death trip in Thailand. Hobnob has a high rating on Booking. First of all, the location of Hobnob is very good. It is right near Wat Phra Singh. If you walk fast, it is 3 minutes away from Wat Phra Singh; if you walk slowly, it is 5 minutes. There is a 711 and a place to eat at the door. Life is very convenient. Hobnob has 4 floors in total. It is a very beautiful modern building. The first floor is the reception area and a large restaurant where you can order food and drink coffee. It is a formality to wait until 14:00 in the afternoon to check in. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. The front desk receptionist who checked me in was very enthusiastic and spoke great English, but the Thai and Indian accents made it a little hard for me to understand. The front desk staff explained everything very well, such as check-out time, breakfast time, and the facilities in the hostel. After checking in, you will get the room card and key. There is a 200-baht deposit. There is no elevator here, so if you drag a suitcase like I did, it might be inconvenient. The stairs are very wide and large, so you need to pay attention to safety.
