“Uneven service”

Excellent and attentive service in the beginning and during most of our stay. However, by the end, the main host was not very responsive (although his brother was very kind and helpful).

I really loved this place. You had everything you need in the room. Fridge,microwave, towel, shampoo, showergel. Hot water in the shower. Waterbottles in the fridge for free. Big room with lots of space, a window. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with this place. The people working there are really friendly and respectful and we had a nice talk. I would stay here again and recommend everyone. The Furniture isn’t the newest anymore but I didn’t care. As long everything is clean. They even offered to wash my clothes for free. It wasn’t ironed afterwards, so it’s not a special service. But got a traveller like me I don’t need that, I just needed clean clothes and that’s what I got :) very happy with the service.

Amazing location in centre of the old city, but very quiet at the same time. Very very big room with AC working well. Nice staff.

Very good location, right in the heard of Chiang Mai, near all of our favourite places. A nice looking alleyway takes you to many bars and restaurants. Coffee downstairs. Very big, comfortable room. Good value for money
