Booked really last minute as our Airbnb cancelled on us and the staff were really helpful and accommodating, letting us have early access to our room. Room was beautifully decorated, modern and all the amenities you need for a short stay. We decided not to have our room made up as we were only there 2 nights but they left water and toilet roll outside the room, really thoughtful and helpful. Great location also, the markets just down the road were awesome and we were also waking distance to a laundrette to be able to clean all our clothes. Super convenient.

The property is nice and clean. The bed is comfy and rooms are provided with coffee / water which is a nice touch. The bathroom has good amenities. The room has a tv which worked fine.

This is a really nice, simple, affordable hotel. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable and provide you with everything you need. Good location, just a few minutes from the center. The staff were amazing, especially Gel at the front desk. Super helpful, friendly and kind. I forgot my phone charger after I checked out and was on my way to the airport - Gel called the taxi driver to tell him and I got my charger back. Wifi is strong and reliable. Overall, highly recommended and very good value.

Cozy and comfortable bed, good location near old town, friendly and helpful staff, size of bathroom, hot water and shower, professional service. In general, the overall impression is decent for 3* hotel.

There were strange noises from the bathroom ventilator, not the regular noises coming from the fan. Room was small, no chair or sofa, with barely enough space for luggage.

The staff are helpful, arranged a day trip to Doi Inthanon National Park and sorted some laundry for us. The room was very clean and fresh drinking water was provided each day. The location is great - just a 5 minute stroll to Chiang Mai Gate Market. Would definitely recommend.

Location is good. Walking dustance to the Chiang Mai Gate and nightlife. It was easy booking in. Receptionist not available infront 24/7. They leave the key for you on the table and you go in by yoyrself. Room was clean. AC worked well. No breakfast available.
