The pool area was clean, as well as the room and reception area. The staff were all lovely and so welcoming. The breakfast offered was very good value for money (you get snacks and water/juice included in your stay). The hotel as a whole was modern and enjoyable, excellent location!

The hotel is very clean and they have great stuff. They are really helpful and friendly. If we come back to Chiang Mai again, we will book the Asa Hotel.

Mimi on the front counter was awesome! So friendly and helpful. She made us fel comfortable after we had to leave our other accomodation due to the earthquake. Great stay and would stay again.

From check in to check out we had a great stay. The staff on the front desk could not be more helpful. The room was a good size and immaculately cleaned on a daily basis ( if requested) The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but walkable or a cheap taxi ride into town.

I loved this hotel, all the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Everything about our stay is wonderful. It had made me want to come back just to stay here again. The location was perfect as we like walking, we were around 15minutes into the old town. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

The staff at this property are so friendly and welcoming! As soon as we arrived they gave us such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. They also recommended lots of fun things to do in the city! Highly recommend this property. It’s a short walk from the main city walls. Hotel is also really clean and has free water and juice.

This Hotel is stunning .I loved my room, I was lucky enough to have doors on to the pool( the only room) The modern twist to the room and the comfort made it. There is free tea, Coffee, water and juices along with a cold water dispensers to fill up your own bottles. The two lovely receptionists were so sweet lovely and friendly, asking about your day and recommending places to visit and eat - offering the best hospitality I have received on my trip to Thailand. They are truly and asset to this hotel.

Great location within walking distance to sights, restaurants and shops, but set on a quiet road. The hotel is modern and clean with a lovely pool area. The bed was so comfy! We would return to this hotel if we came back to Chiang Mai. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Can’t fault anything!
