The host made sure that it was clean, it had great access to the beach and also a really good restaurant up on the hill. Parking was free and the local dog was very friendly.

Simply the best accommodation I could've found on the island. Underrated location if you want to stay away from the crowds and noise. The host is always ready to help and nearby most of the time. The studio was impeccably clean and had the most idyllic view.

Amazing views on Agia Kyriaki beach, amazing location, 20 mins drive from everything (Adamas as well as all the sights from the north of the island). Parking was very easy on property, roads to the studios were in good condition. We used the private stairs and path down to the beach everyday. Amazing location for a swim even on windy days. The taverna on the beach serves very good food too, but the studio is also equipped with everything you’d need to cook your own meals (even a small grill/oven which we used). AC, hot water, terrasse chairs, mosquito nets- everything in terms of equipment was in very good condition and the condiments and food items for breakfast were also very appreciated. Christos, our host, even lend us a sun umbrella for the beach. He was a discrete host but regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. We recommend doing the boat tour with Armi Sea, leaving from Agia Kyriaki beach. There were guests staying at the same time in the other 2 studios located on the same floor but it was not a problem at all as each studio has its own terrasse space and they all feel very private. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would definitely come back to stay longer!!

Perfect studio, with the most beautiful views. I love the stairs down to the beach. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The studio was very clean and comfortable! It was well equipped with everything we could need, the host very thoughtfully provided some snacks and pantry basics like oil and salt so it’s easy to prepare and cook food. It’s great to have a car to do anything in Milos but there was also 2 restaurants in easy walking distance.
