We were greeted by Walid at the reception with a smile and professionalism. He answered all our wishes and made our stay unique. The water in the outdoor pool is very warm and suitable for children, cleanliness and friendly staff everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

It’s my second time staying there, it’s a very good hotel, could do better in terms of cleanliness, which it’s not so bad, but for my taste I would say 90% Also doesn’t cater to specific conditions, I'm coeliac and the breakfast doesn’t have any gluten free option, the buffet is huge and I’ve managed with fruits and eggs. I know culturally in Egypt they are prompt to help and get your luggage’s, I’m on the spectrum and have severe anxiety and like to keep my luggage. If they get some training on neurodiverse, it would improve a lot, overall I really recommend the hotel.

Staff, as usual, were very attentive and helpful to all needs, from the front desk Booking staff to the restaurant and cleaning personnel. Room very clean. Bed comfortable and shower very good with all amenities. Food excellent.

The price was in perfect relation to the quality of the received. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels during business trips, yet rarely was that much satisfied. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed comfortable. I especially want to mention the food (I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both buffet). It was fresh, tasty, and rich in the variety. Maybe I was just lucky, but there were no queues to stations either. The personnel was polite and helpful and not squeezing the tips. So if you need a decent hotel in this part of Cairo, I can only recommend
